CUSTOMER CARE Service Inspection and Repair Works - Resistograph F-Series Inspection Service Our instruments are high-precision measurement and test instruments. To guarantee you reliable accuracy for all of your measurements, we suggest that you send your instrument on an annual basis to ensure it is on top running condition. We will exchange all current upgrades free of charge and only charge a minimal fee for the service and possible repair. With our new in house inspection service, you will receive a service report, calibration sheet and your invoice. Service Request To help speed up the service process on your instrument, we ask you to fill out the Service Request Form, which asks for your shipping and billing address, shipping method, tracking number, serial number of the instrument, payment info, date and signature. The pdf-file can be filled out electronically on the screen and then print out for faxing.   Service Request Form Turn around time 3-7 business days, however we have done service jobs for clients where we were able to cut down the down time to two (2) days. This will ensure a quick turnaround of your instrument since we know that your equipment is coming to us and we will have a better idea what the issue might be! Note: Please make sure to send us your instrument as soon as possible after you filled out the Service Request Form. We will contact you as soon as we receive your equipment to let you know the timeframe for the service and what kind of repair is needed. IML will then issue an UPS tracking number, that will be emailed to you for your reference.
