IML Service inspection and calibration
To maintain the high and reliable measuring accuracy of your instrument even after long use, we offer the annual service inspection. This service package includes a professional calibration with detailed report, a quick execution and warranty of functional reliability of your instrument.
Repair & spare parts If your instrument needs exceptional repairs, we’ll inform you immediately and make the correspondent estimates of costs. Repair will be made only after prior approval and consultation.
To prevent queries & to grant an execution on schedule Please make sure to send us your instrument as soon as possible after you filled out the Service Request Form. We will contact you as soon as we receive your equipment to let you know the timeframe for the service and what kind of repair is needed. IML will then issue an UPS tracking number, that will be emailed to you for your reference.
Returns When you return your measurement instruments for service inspections we’ll only need the instrument itself without expendable materials (drilling needles, wax paper strip), manuals, accumulator or battery chargers. Please make sure to tell us about your concern with the Resistograph before sending the equipment. This will ensure a quick turnaround of your instrument since we know that your equipment is coming to us and we will have a better idea what the issue might be.
Turn around time 3-7 business days, however we have done service jobs for clients where we were able to cut down the down time to two (2) days.
